One month down. After the first month of regular exercise, I'm starting to notice results in my shape. I have a lot of fat stored up over the years though, so it'll be a while before I get rid of this gut. I feel generally healthier and have more confidence, however I haven't been sleeping all that great so I notice I don't have a lot of energy at the end of the day. I haven't been sleeping well because they decided to start building a condo (or something) right across the street from my apartment and work starts at 7 am.
